Live-rendered map — the world moves at your pace, always

On the road in two minutes.

Pick a route, clip in, pedal. Your trainer figures out the rest.

Step 01

Pick any road

Use the route builder to tap anywhere on Earth. Or import straight from your Strava history — your most-ridden roads are already waiting.

Step 02

Feel every gradient

Your trainer adjusts resistance in real time to match the terrain. Real physics — gravity, wind resistance, road surface — updated continuously. Every climb feels like the climb.

Step 03

It really happened

Auto-uploads to Strava as a real activity with your actual GPS coordinates, power, HR, and elevation. It just happened to be indoors.

Everything you need to ride. Nothing you don't.

No gamification. No XP. Just your power, your roads, and real gradients.

The entire world

Every navigable road on Earth. No catalog, no curation, no waiting. If the road exists, you can ride it. Right now, between meetings.

Real physics

The same forces acting on you outside — gravity, wind, road resistance — act on you inside. Your trainer resistance changes with every meter of terrain. You feel the road, not a slider.

Ghost racing

Race your best time on a route. Or race a friend — share a link, they load your ghost, gap shows live in the HUD. Every ride is a challenge.

AI coaching

Every ride triggers automatic pacing analysis, fatigue detection, and power zone breakdown. Specific, actionable feedback — not a generic recap.

Iconic routes

Grand Tour stages, legendary climbs, and classics — pre-loaded and updated seasonally. Paris-Roubaix in April. Tour stages in July. Ride history before you make it.

Strava native

Auto-uploads as VirtualRide with real GPS coordinates, power, HR, and elevation. Your route on the map. Your data in your feed. Indoor tagged so it doesn't pollute KOMs.

Every ride is a challenge waiting to be sent.

Finish a ride, share a link. Your friend opens it, your ghost loads, they race you in real time with a live gap in the HUD. No lobby, no scheduling. Just ride.

Common questions.

Everything else is in the app.

Wahoo KICKR (all generations, including the original proprietary BLE protocol), any FTMS-compatible smart trainer (Tacx Neo, Elite Suito, Saris H3, and most modern trainers), and ANT+ FE-C trainers. During pairing Strappo shows you the trainers it finds — if it's on the list, it works.
Yes. Strappo is built around the smart trainer experience — automatic resistance, real power data, and physics that respond to the road. Compatible trainers include Wahoo KICKR (all generations), any FTMS smart trainer (Tacx Neo, Elite Suito, Saris H3, and most modern trainers). If you're not sure whether your trainer is compatible, check the pairing screen in the app — Strappo will show you what it finds.
Yes. Connect Strava once during onboarding and every ride uploads automatically as a VirtualRide with your actual GPS coordinates, real elevation, power, heart rate, and cadence. It shows up on the map. It tags your segments. It's flagged as indoor so it won't interfere with KOMs.
Strappo records your position, speed, power, and heart rate every second, keyed by distance along the route. After your ride, tap Share — the link lets anyone open the app, load your ghost, and race you. Your ghost moves at the exact pace you rode. Their HUD shows a live gap in seconds. No lobby, no scheduling, no server — just ride.
Three sources: (1) Your Strava history — Strappo imports your most-ridden routes on first connect. (2) The route builder — tap anywhere on Earth, set waypoints, and Strappo snaps to the road and builds the elevation profile using Valhalla routing. (3) Curated catalog — iconic climbs, Grand Tour stages, and global classics are pre-loaded and updated seasonally (Paris-Roubaix in April, Tour stages in July).
Strappo launches on the App Store on April 13, 2026 — Paris-Roubaix day.
